Accommodation Terms and Conditions
This is the accommodation terms and conditions of AVENTREE.
Rules
For your safety and comfortable stay at our hotel, the hotel stipulates the following rules in accordance with Article 11 of the Terms and Conditions for Hotel Accommodation. Please note that not abiding by these rules may lead to cancellation of stay and/or refusal to use hotel facilities. In some cases, we may even charge the customer for the damages caused by his/her actions.
1.Please refrain from using heating/cooking/etc. equipment that may cause a fire.
2.Please refrain from using your room for business/commercial activities (i.e., exhibitions, office, parties, etc.) without the permission of the hotel.
3.Please refrain from changing the condition of the room or moving the equipment/furniture within the hotel rooms without the permission of the hotel.
4.Please note that if any damages are caused to the goods/property that belongs to the hotel due to reasons that are attributable to the customer while using the room, he/she will be charged for the recovery costs.
5.Please refrain from selling goods or distributing any type of advertising pamphlets/articles/leaflets/etc. at the hotel without permission
6.Safety Precautions for Infants & Toddlers
1.Infants and toddlers shall always be protected and controlled by their legal guardian
2.DO NOT leave a child alone in the room for their safety
7.Please refrain from bringing in the following items to the hotel.
1.Pet animals such as dogs, cats, birds, etc.
2.Hazardous substances such as flammable objects, etc.
3.Other items prohibited from being carried by relevant laws/regulations
8.The storage period of lost items & acquired items are as follows unless otherwise specified.
1) Items stored in the Store Room: 3 months
2) Lost & Found (Acquired Items): 3 months
3) Laundry: 3 Months after checking out Items that are not recovered even after the period specified above shall be disposed.
9.The room charge should be paid at the front desk upon check-in. Additional fees shall be paid at the front desk upon check-out. Even during your stay, if payment is required due to various circumstances, please make the payment.
10.Please store your cash or valuables in your personal safe (located within your room) after check-in. Please note that the hotel IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for any loss, theft, or damages caused by the customer’s carelessness.
Article 1: Application of Terms and Conditions
1.The terms and conditions of accommodation and related contracts to be entered into between the hotel and the guests shall be subject to these terms and conditions. Other matters that are not specified in these terms and conditions shall be governed by laws/regulations and/or generally accepted customs.
2.This regulation shall apply to matters related to reservation via credit card. However, the details shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the affiliate members of the credit card company and hotel.
3.Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, the hotel may enter or agree to special contracts insofar that said special contract does not violate the laws/regulations, customs, and the purpose of these terms and conditions.
Article 2: Refusal of Accommodation
The hotel may refuse to conclude an accommodation contract/request in the following cases.
1.When the hotel is fully booked and no room is available
2.When the application for accommodation does not conform with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions
3.When the person who is seeking accommodation at the hotel is deemed likely to violate current laws/ordinances or act against the public order or good morals regarding his/her accommodation
4.When the person engages in coercive acts such as verbal/physical violence with other guests or hotel staffs, or when he/she makes an unreasonable demand
5.When the person who is seeking accommodation can be clearly identified as carrying an infectious disease or a disease determined by the government or local government (including an infectious disease specified by the Minister of Health and Welfare that requires urgent prevention & management measures within Korea)
6.When the person who is seeking accommodation is deemed to have pet animals or carry any type of hazardous objects (i.e., drugs, guns, swords, weapons, gunpowder, flammable substances, etc.)
7.When the person seeking accommodation is deemed liable to behave in a specific manner that may cause serious annoyance to other guests of the hotel (i.e., drunk, mentally unstable, intoxicated, etc.)
8.When the hotel is unable to accept any guests due to natural disasters, infectious diseases, failure of facilities, or any other unavoidable reasons
9.In a case where it is deemed that it is not possible to stay at the hotel in accordance with the laws/regulations/etc. of Korea
10.When the person seeking accommodation has smoked indoors, which can lead to a fire in the room
11.When the person seeking accommodation has ordered or brought in unpleasant food that may cause annoyance to other guests of the hotel
12.When it is clear that the person seeking accommodation is not capable of paying for the accommodation, etc.
13.When there is any other justifiable reason
Article 3: Requesting Personal Information (Name, etc.)
When the hotel receives an accommodation request from the guest prior to the accommodation date (hereinafter referred to as ‘accommodation reservation application’ (reservation)), the hotel may request the guest to submit the following information.
1.Name, Gender, Contact, Nationality of the Guest
2.Other matters that are deemed necessary by the hotel
Article 4: Deposit (Reservation Fee)
1.When the hotel receives a reservation, the reservation will only be guaranteed once the hotel receives a reservation fee. However, if a reservation is made using a credit card, the reservation will be guaranteed regardless of whether the reservation fee is paid or not.
2.Regarding the ‘reservation fee,’ in the case where cancellation occurs (see Article 5), the reservation fee will be used to pay the penalty, and the remaining balance will be returned. However, if the reservation is made using a credit card, we will charge the credit card company for the penalty corresponding to Article 5.
3.Upon receiving a reservation/cancellation request via credit card, the hotel send the reservation number, date/time of reservation, name of the applicant, penalty details to the reservation holder.
Article 5: Cancellation of Reservation by the Guest
When the guest cancels all or part of his/her reservation, the hotel will receive a ‘cancellation penalty’ as listed below.

※ If you are unable to use the service on the day of your reservation due to flight cancellation due to a natural disaster, a full refund will be issued.
Article 6: Cancellation of Reservation by the Hotel
1.The hotel may cancel the accommodation contract (reservation) in the following cases, except as otherwise specified.
1.In any case of Article 2-(2)~(9) is confirmed as applicable;
2.In the case where the hotel has made a request to specify the matters described in Article 3, but the guest fails to specify the details before the deadline
3.In the case where the hotel made a request to make a payment (deposit) under Article 4-(1), but the guest fails to make the payment before the deadline
2.When the hotel cancels the accommodation contract (reservation) in accordance with the preceding paragraph (Article 6-(1)), if the hotel has received any type of deposit before the cancellation, it shall be returned to the guest.
Article 7: Registration for Accommodation
The guest must register the following at the front desk on the day he/she arrived at the hotel.
1.Matters referred to in Article 3-(1)
2.Phone Number (Emergency Contact)
3.Date & Time of Departure
4.Other matters that are deemed necessary by the hotel
Article 8: Check-in & Check-out
1.The time when a guest enters the hotel room (Check-in Time) and vacates the hotel room (Check-out Time) shall be in accordance with the hotel’s separate regulations and products. (See official homepage)
2.The hotel will charge additional fees as listed below for late check-outs.
1.From 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM: KRW 11,000 per hour
2.After 4 P.M.: 100% of the Room Rate
Article 9: Business Hours
The operating hours of the hotel’s facilities can be changed depending on the circumstances.
Article 10: Payment of Fees (Charges)
1.Payment shall be made at the front desk of the hotel at the time of check-in or when charged by the hotel via common currency, traveler’s check, credit card, or coupons that are accepted by the hotel.
2.Room charges are also charged even when the customer decides not to stay at the hotel after checking in.
Article 11: Compliance with Rules
1.Guests who wish to stay at our hotel must comply with the accommodation rules that are posted within the hotel.
2.Please refrain from using the facilities and supplies within the hotel outside of its intended purpose. Also, DO NOT take any hotel supplies outside of the hotel.
Article 12: Right to Refuse Guest’s Request to Extend His/Her Stay
The hotel may refuse the guest’s request to extend his/her stay in the following cases.
1.When the person seeking an extension is deemed to be subject to Article 2-(1)~(12)
2.In the case where it violates the Rules of Use (Accommodation Rules)
Article 13: Responsibility for Accommodation
1.The hotel is responsible for the guest’s accommodation from the moment when the guest registers at the hotel’s front desk or when the guest is guided to his/her room, and it ends when the guest vacates the room to check-out from the hotel.
2.The hotel shall not be responsible for any accidents that are caused by the guest’s carelessness or failure to comply with the rules posted inside the hotel.
3.In the case where the hotel fails to provide a room to the guest after accepting a reservation from the guest due to reasons attributable to the hotel (excluding natural disasters or other reasonable reasons), the hotel shall introduce the guest to other accommodation facilities with equal or similar conditions.
Article 14: Receiving & Returning Room Key
1.Guests must take the room key at the front desk upon check-in (registration) and return the key at the front desk upon check-out while making the payment.
2.If the guest loses the key during their stay, he/she must immediately report the loss to the front desk and pay for the re-production of the key.
